On most work sites, hard hats and safety helmets are the primary defense against TBIs. While Type I hard hats only shield the top of the head, Type II safety helmets provide improved protection against vertical and lateral impacts, as well as better retention in case of slips, trips, and falls.

Answering the need for enhanced head protection, Radians and DEWALT have introduced the DPG22 Type II safety helmet. This helmet is available in Vented Class C and Non-Vented Class E options, offering lateral and top impact protection. It ensures a secure and comfortable fit and comes in three different colors.
